I'm Erica. And that took me a long time to be okay with.
I was a single mom who serial dated trying to find her person, created families before I was ready, and spent years measuring my worth against a version of myself I thought I was supposed to be. I used to be ashamed of that. I'm not anymore.
I don't have a cookie-cutter life but I am building a really great one. The turning point was the moment I stopped looking outward and actually fell in love with myself. Once I did that, I stopped settling for just anyone and finally opened my heart to the right one.
Now I'm a wife, a mom to a blended family of seven, a content creator, and a life development coach — and I coach from every single part of that story. My approach is rooted in radical self-acceptance and the belief that your greatest growth doesn't happen when you have it all figured out. It happens when you're brave enough to embrace exactly where you are right now, messy parts and all.
I work with clients through real, honest conversations. No scripts, no surface-level pep talks. Just practical tools for mindset, boundaries, and well-being that actually fit into your real life. My clients walk away with clarity, less fazed by the hard stuff, and most importantly — full permission to prioritize themselves without a single ounce of guilt.
